You will own the affiliate and creator growth motion end to end. From recruiting high-quality partners to launching campaigns and measuring performance, your work will directly shape how Pramoz scales.
This is not a maintenance role. You will build the affiliate and creator growth function from the ground up, with direct visibility into results and the autonomy to make decisions that move the business.
Build a creator-led affiliate network under your leadership and earn a lifetime commission from eligible sales generated across that network.
Identify, recruit and support high-quality creators who can actively promote Pramoz and grow their own audience.
Your creators can bring new affiliates into the ecosystem, expanding your network and its potential sales volume.
Earn 2–3% lifetime commission from eligible sales generated across the network you build.
